Meet the Owner

Jenna Cruz is an Enrolled Agent (EA) and the owner of Strong Tower Financial Services, LLC. She brings her passion for people into every client relationship, building her practice on the foundations of integrity, trust, and diligence.

Her heart is to help entrepreneurs and individuals navigate their financial responsibilities with greater ease, understanding, and confidence. Whether through tax preparation, bookkeeping, payroll services, or retirement planning, Jenna believes financial services shouldn't feel intimidating or overwhelming.

Her approach is simple, personal, and educational. Rather than just giving clients the numbers, Jenna works intentionally to help them understand what those numbers mean and how they can use that knowledge to make informed decisions for the future.

At Strong Tower Financial Services, Jenna wants her clients to be involved in the process—giving them the advantage of knowing, understanding, and planning for their financial future. She works intentionally with each client, keeping their unique needs in mind and keeping them informed every step of the way.

When she's not helping her clients, Jenna enjoys spending time with her family. As a mom of five beautiful children, family life keeps her busy! You can often find them at the beach, enjoying a BBQ, or searching for sea glass along Maui's beautiful coastline.
